Hi All,
Happy and blessed here to share
my experiences of winning over a lot of mental/physical issues especially Thyroid, Migraine and Insomnia.
First of all, I would say sorry for
the delay of around a week from the time I promised. I wanted this to be
well composed and share whatever details/proofs I can so that it should be
really helpful for all seeking help.
Trust me if I can win over it you too
can.
Exercise/Pranayam
(This is helpful for both the Thyroid/Insomnia or any other chronic disease)
1.
Daily 45 minutes of brisk walk in
morning or evening.
2.
20 minutes of pranayama and asanas
in empty stomach (You can easily get YouTube videos for each by name).
(i)
10 minutes anulom vilom (You need to
be very relaxed and practice deep breath as much as you can in this and see the
magic).
(ii)
10 minutes I cover kapalbhati,
agni-saar and matsya asana a few minutes each. If you have some back
or spine problems please skip the matsya aasna.
3.
Also, during the day whenever you
get some free time and if possible, you can practice conscious deep
breathing/yogic breathing this will relax both your mind as well as energize
your body. And if possible anulom vilom can also be practiced. The more you do
it the better it is, it energizes both your mind and body.
4.
For Thyroid Take any
edible pure oil and rub around your neck / thyroid region and massage your neck
softly with your hands for around 5-10 mins this will activate and nourish
the nerves around our thyroid gland.
5.
Ujjayi/Bhramari pranayama is also
very beneficial for Thyroid.
Meditation Practices
1.
Best is, if practiced as the first
thing after you wake up and before going to bed. Refer this simple
meditation visualizations
Both
these timings our subconscious mind is very active and can help the body very
easily in the healing. Currently you can just use this basic guided meditation
with visualization and once we meet, I can share in the call specific
meditation I did for Thyroid.
2.
Charge your water and food whatever
you put inside your body with vibrations of purity and power. Please refer
to the videos below to understand how to do it and why to do it
Below are winning points over
Insomnia
First, we all need to understand and
accept that sleep is a natural phenomenon for all living beings and we too can
sleep deeply. We used to sleep very deeply in our childhood days but we have
kind of shifted away from the lifestyle/thought pattern and our biological
clock and are facing issues. But good news is it's I who can fix it very very
easily but yes off course with some disciplined efforts.
3.
So here are few things I did to win
over insomnia
(i)
Keep your sleep routine consistent.
If we play with our sleep routine both mind and body get impacted by it. For we
humans the biological clock has the ask of sleep between 10 pm-4 am.
(ii)
Prepare yourself for sleep at least
before 30 mins. Practice these items in silent place with some soothing
meditation music.
(iii)
In this 30-minute practice below
things: Keep a separate diary for yourself and write your gratitude and
forgiveness practice every day in this diary. You can practice this in any
language which touches your heart eng/hindi whatever. We need to be
light from mind before we go to bed so that we can sleep well. So,
surrendering to almighty and sleeping in a good remembrance is best to heal our
body and subconscious.
(iv)
Thanks God, for another wonderful day I had. (Believe me whatever struggles through we are going in life
but we are in better position than millions of others and God deserves a thanks
for this.)
(v)
Forgiveness, we don't know in our
past births or this birth how many sins/mistakes we have committed in our life
so just asking forgiveness and at the same time forgiving others who have ever hurtled
us makes our soul feel very light. And this forgiveness is a very very powerful
mechanism to clean our hurts from the soul. Trust me if you practice just this
forgiveness for a few days before going to bed you will start feeling a
positive change in the vibrations of others to you and vice versa and better
relations.
I
write forgiveness like this
Dear almighty (I call him Baba by love) in your presence I beg
forgiveness to anyone whom I have ever hurted from deep of my heart and forgive
anyone who has ever hurted me from deep of my heart.
(vi)
Swamaan
Practice: Swamaan means realization of our
self original virtues/powers/values of soul. And for insomnia we need to awaken
a realization that we are children of supreme soul and he is great so we too
are great souls in our own original form.
So, practice by
writing the swamaan of "Main Mahan aatma hu" or "I am
a great soul" 108 times in your diary just before going to bed.
Please
watch the video to understand what's the importance of this swamaan practice in
making us sleep deeply
(vii)
If you are facing any crises any
problems just submit it to supreme either in written or just in your thoughts
and forget it, he is supreme and powerful and will definitely give us guidance
and power to sort out any crises or problems we are going through. We are his
children's he knows how to take care of us and guide/help us in problems.
(viii)
You can keep your sleep wears
separate , the dress we wear through out the day carries different vibrations
so it’s better to have very light loose during the bed time.
(ix)
Also even after practicing this you
went to bed and don’t feel sleepy please don’t force yourself into sleep it
will cause problems. Best practice is to read some spiritual book till the time
you fall asleep , I can refer the book “The Monk who sold his ferrari” Its very
interesting book available in both hindi and English. This book has got a great
story of a person searching/winning his goal through his will power. This will
take you to deep sleep.
1.
Diet: May sound
tough but try to follow whatever you can at the end you will be proud of your
will power and a healthy mind and body.
(i)
I eat only two times a day.
Absolutely nothing in between apart from water. My diet is a combination of
guidance from Dr. Vishwaroop Chaudhary and Dr. Jagannathan Dixit. Please note I
did not had diabetes so I started following a combination from both without
issues. But If you are diabetic and want to follow
intermittent fasting. Please be careful and don’t practice this directly it can
cause adverse effects on your health since you are taking medicines. However,
you can share your diabetes reports with Dr. Jagannathan Dixit on his what’s up
number and he can suggest you whether you can follow this intermittent fasting
diet or not. And this is all free of cost he doesn’t charges anything for it. I
have shared the links of classes by both these doctors on the bottom of this mail.
If you are diabetic, I would request you to listen to recordings of classes of
both these doctors shared below and then decide accordingly.
(ii)
I don’t drink Tea or Coffee, Trust
me we experimented with my 85 mother in law once she left Tea her appetite and
health has boosted a lot. Initially just for a week she was uncomfortable but
she won over it. So if she can win you too can 😊
(iii)
If you are addicted to tea or coffee
you can sip hot simple light kadha just with lemon grass/ little ginger , tulsi
and desi gur whenever you are having cravings for tea/coffee. Don’t put too
much of herbs or you can face heat. You can cheat your subconscious mind this
way 😊
(iv)
If I am very very hungry or feel my
energy dropping in between I consume either some slices of raw tomato or home-made
fresh butter milk without sugar.
(v)
My first meal is around 9-10 am in
the morning and second around 6-7 in the evening.
(vi)
My meal is divided mostly (unless
there is no supply of fruits in the market like I faced in lockdown) in two parts,
first part is all fruits/dry fruits/salads and second part is our regular
cooked vegetarian food. I eat my raw fruits first and then the cooked food.
(vii)
Milk, if I am sure the milk, I am
getting is of pure Indigenous cow then only I consume otherwise I totally avoid
milk and milk products. Only milk of desi cows is good for humans, rest all are
not as per my understanding /studies I have done.
(viii)
Strict NO to processed/packaged food
and Sugar. If I/family has a craving for something, I cook at home and serve
myself and my family. Replaced Sugar with Desi Gur (Jaggery) or taga mishri or
khandsari bura. You can google them and if you don't get the sources to buy
come back to me, I can help.
(ix)
Don't use a cooker for cooking
anything. They are absolutely of no use. All nutrients get destroyed
because it cooks at a very very high pressure. Best is mud pots and I
have been using them since past 2 years and the taste of food can't be replaced
by anything. you can watch this for more details https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DN0fWdgEmO4&t=301s
(x)
Salt, No common white salt anymore I
use the pink/Himalayan salt for daily use we also call it as sendha namak. This
is specially helpful for thyroid and acidity. Please go through this video to
understand more (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XS3i2dnJOyY).
(xi)
Oil, No Refined oil, I use only the
Lakadi ghana oil of groundnut, safflower (also known as kardai) or mustard oil.
Lakadi ghana you can google and find the difference between both refined and
cold pressed lakdi ghana oil. Nowadays these all are very easily available in
all cities. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MU3DRI8NvBE).
